Merck U.S. Customer Master Team


    Creation of processes responsible for defining change and scope management for Customer Master Data Management team to optimize measurement of changes in application quality. This was accomplished by executing the following activities:

  • Define project scope and identify critical stakeholders
  • Create and manage project schedule
  • Requirements gathering including survey of current processes, and development of revised processes to exploit Quality Center technology
  • Define and execute implementation plan in test and live environments, including migration from legacy systems

    Eliciting requirements that will define Customer Data Integration business rules for a bi-directional integration between the U.S. Customer Master repository and the U.S. Sales Force Automation tool. This is being completed to establish a Customer Master within the CRM space as a means of simplifying the application landscape.
